Twin axle braked trailer for bilge keel yacht up to approx 8m / 2.2 tonnes. Very heavy duty steel frame with huge 3.5 square box section main members. Tyres: 4x 165R13C 94/92R commercial van tyres. There is no loading plate affixed, it has never had one.

The current tyres allow for a gross load of 2.7 tonnes so I would estimate a boat up to 2.2 tonnes which covers most bilge keelers to around 8m LOA. Upgrading the rims and tyres to 215R14C would allow much greater loads (approx up to 3.5 tonnes).

2 x 2.26m x 32cm these are lined with 5cm/2 wood reducing available space to 2.26m x 27cm but if could be removed if you need the full width/length. Plates are spaced 115cm apart. Ie: would suit a boat with a mimimum space between the keels of 115cm and a maximum distance outside the keels of 179cm. Had all new wheel bearings, brakes serviced and commercial grade heavy duty tyres replaced when we bought it.

It has never been in the water (salt or fresh) while in our possession, we bought it from a freshwater lake sailing club and as far as we know had never been submerged then either. Brand new heavy duty jockey wheel. Recently repainted in 8yr Hammerite smooth silver. Working winch included but needs eye to suit your specific needs to be connected to the wire.

New/Unused 3m towbar / ball extension to allow launching in water while keeping vehicle 3m further up the slipway. Steel trailers are much easier to repair if it is ever necessary compared to aluminum frames, any welder can do it cheap and easy. 10% deposit payable immediately; balance upon collection within 7 days unless agreed otherwise in advance.
