White Tow A Van Box Trailer Twin Axle 6x4 Foot Upgraded

  

6 x 4 foot box trailer in used condition. Ok so we bought this trailer a few years ago and completely gutted it and redid the entire interior and rear door.

Original rolling shutter constantly shifting out of place and getting stuck in winter etc so we gutted it and replaced the interior walls with marine ply to strengthen everything up. We removed all the housing in the top rear section that held the roller shutter and had the top corners re-welded by a local welder. We then had the barn door style doors made to measure to fit on the trailer, comes with hasp and staple tyle external locks that take padlocks to hold the doors shut.

With one of the doors having bolts top and bottom to hold it shut. Hooks and eyelets added to the outside walls and the doors to allow the doors to be fastened open for easy access. Solid trailer, comes with 4 decent tyres towes like a dream ive forgotten ive had it on sometimes until I looked in rear view mirror and noticed it. Excellent trailer has had loads done to it for the interior, whole exterior was painted white to match the fibre glass, there are some cracks here and there in the fibre glass and a couple of bits that need repainting to just touch it up. Has a pallet clipped onto the front metal interior frame bars to allow for storage in the front nose and also for easy strapping down of multiple items for transport usage.

Very little needs doing to it, the lighting panels at the rear of the trailer do work but there is some intermittent faults which effects if all the lights come on or just some, break lights work and 1 indicator usually works, for any one that has any basic electrical knowledge should be an easy fix alternatively stick a trailer board on the top rear section where the licence plate gos and then you have new lights. I believe its a wiring issue in the connector end that connects to the car so could be as easy as taking that apart and one of the wires is loose idk.

I dont mess with electrical stuff so I just left it, our car is wider than the trailer and you can see our car indicators so just left it as it was. Jockey wheel system works and can be moved by 1 person, easier with 2 people pushing it, jacks up without any issue for hitching. Tag says it has max gross weight of 1422kg, I had it weighed at a weigh station a few years back and the trailer its self sits around 700kg unladen so can hold effectively 700kg inside it so plenty for most. Silver sealers tape is all around the top roof panel to prevent any leaks where the seals have deteriorated with age. Since the seals were done it seems to have been water tight as far as we have seen over the past 18 months.
