Mobile Catering Trailer

  
This Catering Trailer is a Twin Axel with a braking system built in, it is aprox 8 ft long and 5 ft wide. I have spent 18 months restoring this trailer in my spare time around a full time job. So to begin with I completely stripped the trailer of most of its old equipment and have installed brand new work units, work surfaces a brand new griddle and a brand new 4 gas burner hob. The Potato Oven I restored as I did the Burco Water boiler. All units run on lpg and have been installed by a registered LPG Engineer about 2 months ago and I have the Current gas Certificates. There is a twin sink installed which has a vacuum hand pump which pumps up water from a water storage container underneath the sink, there is a waste water container there too. I fitted new wipeable wall cladding to compliment an all White feel to the kitchen which I think gives it a classy clean look. I have fitted kickboards to the work units and I have finished off the floor with a new piece of wood effect looking lino. There is a drinks chiller as in one of the pictures and you have a choice of either a single fridge or a single freezer to go in the space where the bin is in one of the pictures. Externally I wanted to do something a little different so half rail cladding was fitted to give that classy rustic look which I think people will appreciate being a bit different. All tyres have good tread and I have had the Chassis inspected and it is in good structural condition although it could do with wire brushing and a coat of wax oil would benefit it. All lights and indicators work and the hand brake works effectively too. There are 2 gas lpg Cylinders one empty and one full.

There are 2 brand new wheel clamps and 4 sets of keys for your security. In Conclusion I have spent so much time converting and improving it although Iam sure it could be further improved in some areas but I have to draw a line and time is always the issue.
