Listed for reluctant sale is this 14ft catering trailer (17ft with tow bar), formerly trading as'Firkin BBQ' smoke house. The trailer itself is a twin axle with independent suspension as well as 4 wheel braking. The chassis is fully galvanised and completely free of any corrosion. Floor and walls are framed of extruded aluminium with marine ply and plastic laminate inside and out. Two sets of steps lift off and are easily stowed inside the trailer for safe storage. Drop down stabilizer legs on all 4 corners Dry weight of 1760 Kgs means you do not need a specialist vehicle for towing. The kitchen is fully equipped with: - Hot and cold running water supply in two separate sinks for compliant food prep/hand wash sanitation. Sizeable stainless steel countertop with additional wooden workspace. Mains power hook-up for easy connection to household 13amp or blue 16amp supply. Twin 230V socket outlets near the POS station.
